Use of Site
You may use this Site to obtain information on yourtestprepguru.com and its services and products, and as a means of ordering and/or receiving such services and products as a paying customer. YourTestPrepGuru will use reasonable commercial efforts to keep this Site available for access on a 24 hour a day, seven day a week basis, subject to scheduled downtime for maintenance purposes, unscheduled maintenance and systems outages. There are no assurances, however, that access will be available at all times and uninterrupted. Usage of Statements and Images
You agree that YourTestPrepGuru may use statements you provide to YourTestPrepGuru about YourTestPrepGuru, its packages, or its personnel, along with public pictures of you on the Internet in marketing material. If you wish YourTestPrepGuru to remove any such information in future publications simply send YourTestPrepGuru an email at yourtestprepguru@gmail.com
You agree to abide by any Acceptable Use Policy instituted by YourTestPrepGuru from time to time.
All Accounts
If you enroll in any of YourTestPrepGuru’s Site test preparation services you will have an account and a password. Access to password protected portions of this Site is available for only so long as you have paid all required fees to YourTestPrepGuru. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to YourTestPrepGuru’s Site course material to anyone other than yourself. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. YourTestPrepGuru reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
General Provisions
The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YourTestPrepGuru and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and YourTestPrepGuru. This Site is owned and controlled by YourTestPrepGuru in State of Rajasthan, India. As such, the substantive laws of Rajasthan and India will govern these Terms, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. If you use this Site from other locations you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You agree that any action arising out of the Terms shall be brought in courts of Rajasthan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. The failure of YourTestPrepGuru to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in such provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
Your Account
Users enrolled via payment plans must make all payments on time. A failure to pay will lead to your account being put on hold until payment is completed as well as a $50 service fee if the payment does not clear within 24 hours of the initial failed payment. If your account is over 7 days in arrears, you will be expected to make a full payment in order to re-activate your account. If your account is over 10 days in arrears, your unpaid amount including the $50 service fee may be sent to a collection agency.
One Person Per Account
You agree that for each instance (copy) of preparation that you purchase, only one person will study from the course. This limitation does not include having another person debug an account or otherwise help that one person, as long as such time is limited to less than 5% of the total access time. YourTestPrepGuru may shut down the account with no refund provided if it believes the account is being used by multiple persons to study. In such a case, if in fact only one person was studying the only remedy would be refund of not more than 50% of cost of course. It shall be complete discretion of yourtestprepguru to determine the extent of return.
User Responsibility for Email Contact
You must arrange to keep in email contact with YourTestPrepGuru. Email is mandatory and NOT optional and for one-off support only.
By default you will communicate with YourTestPrepGuru in English via email. Any other mutually agreeable communication method, if agreed in writing, is acceptable as well as an adjunct to email. You are responsible for providing us with a correct email address that you routinely check at least once every 48 hours. You are responsible for ensuring deliverability of YourTestPrepGuru emails with your email provider, which may include checking the spam folder or whitelisting the email address “support@YourTestPrepGuru.com”.
Your inability or unwillingness to communicate in English via email may hamper your ability to complete our course in a timely or proper fashion. By way of example, YourTestPrepGuru may arrange via email for students to receive physical textbooks, and non-response or non-compliance to this email will cause YourTestPrepGuru to be unable to ship the book, and will prevent the student from completing YourTestPrepGuru as designed. Other possible checkpoints may require the student to email YourTestPrepGuru to proceed through.
Your nonresponse to email may hold up critical non-computerized portions of the preparation process, and you agree to take full responsibility for the results of this on your own if you do not remain in email contact.
Payment Plan
YourTestPrepGuru at its sole discretion may offer you a Payment Plan. After YourTestPrepGuru collects payment information from you and issues you the Written Terms, YourTestPrepGuru may charge you in accordance with the terms. You have 5 days (120 hours) from the moment YourTestPrepGuru sends you the Written Terms to dispute the terms. Each payment plan will consist of the name of the product being offered, and a set of pairs of dates and charge amounts that may not necessarily add up to the posted retail price of the product. For each pair of date and charge amount, YourTestPrepGuru may charge you that amount on or after the corresponding date. Under a Payment Plan, you have the same refund guarantees as a full one-time payer, but not more. In particular, you may not stop paying simply because you do not like the package or do not use it anymore. In terms of the rights of YourTestPrepGuru and your responsibilities, the Payment Plan can be see as a loan whereby the full one-time cost is charged at enrollment, and collection of the loan occurs afterwards. If any payment is declined or cannot be made by you, YourTestPrepGuru may charge a $70 administrative fee per instance in addition to any direct fees charge by banks. You authorize YourTestPrepGuru to re-try the charge after failure after 2 business days. If you are more than 5 business days late in payment, YourTestPrepGuru may pursue collection and legal action to recover the money. In such a case, you will be responsible for all collection and legal costs relating to your case.
Recourse
In the case YourTestPrepGuru is not able to deliver the services purchased, YourTestPrepGuru may offer you a partial or full refund in return for cessation of all remaining services. Further, YourTestPrepGuru may terminate its relationship with any customer for any legal reason, or no reason at all if legal, at YourTestPrepGuru’s discretion by offering the customer a full refund of all amounts paid. YourTestPrepGuru’s maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the account or products, and in no event shall YourTestPrepGuru be liable for loss of, damage to, or corruption of data stored with YourTestPrepGuru about your account, or for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages whatsoever, including without limitations teaching strategies or content that is ineffective, faulty, or incorrect.
Doubt solving through WhatsApp:
All subscribers of our courses can ask any question related to SAT and ACT test preparation on WhatsApp number. The questions should be related to course. YourTestPrepGuru seeks to answer all questions on prompt basis, yet shall not be liable for late answering due to logistic, technical or natural issues. Subscribers can ask question only till the validity of their course. Validity of each course is written at description of each course.
Scheduling a time for Doubt Clearing Sessions:
Doubt clearing sessions are held on biweekly basis for different topics and lessons. In order to enroll in a doubt clearing session, one should send email to support@yourtestprepguru.com with request for doubt clearing session for a particular topic. These sessions are on pattern of live online classes and may or may not have more than one participant. Scheduling of doubt clearing session is done unilaterally by yourtestprepguru.com and one can not dispute that.
Lateness and No-Show
YourTestPrepGuru is considered late if we are not online (and contactable) via Zoom, Google meet, Whatsapp Call or other previously agreed to method at the scheduled time, and you reach out to your tutor via email verifying inability to be contacted. If YourTestPrepGuru is late, the tutor will offer to make up the time at the end. If the tutor no-shows (being more than 60 minutes late) or a class is cancelled, then another class shall be arranged on suitable time period.
A student is considered late if he or she cannot reach YourTestPrepGuru via the method scheduled. On the student’s side, having a broken phone, not having the latest software, hardware problems, Internet downtime, etc, may all cause lateness on part of the student. If the student is late, then the amount of the delay will not be made up by the tutor. If the student is more than 15 minutes late, then this counts as no-show.
The student agrees to maintain continuous email contact at the start of the tutoring session. Therefore, a lack of student response to all tutor emails (at least one must be sent) within the first 15 minutes definitively counts as a no-show.
Scheduling for free live webinars:
Free live webinar of two hours is arranged once in a month. Its scheduling to all subscribers is informed through announcements on website or WhatsApp or email communications. YourTestPrepGuru hold the sole authority for arranging a time and date schedule for free live webinars.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Before Class Start: Students may cancel their enrollment within 24 hours of enrollment and, not later than once classes have started. Student should write an email to support@yourtestprepguru.com for any cancellation. 100% refund shall be made to student within 7 working days as per their actual payment plan.
- After Class Start: Once a class has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. No cancellation request shall be entertained.
Return Policy
Not Applicable: As live online classes are a service and not a physical product, returns are not applicable.

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages.
In no event will YourTestPrepGuru, its employees or associates be liable to the customer for liability or damages under any theory of recovery for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including, without limitation, rejection, rescindment, deferral, academic probation, loss of scholarships / titles / awards / prizes / grants / positions, lawsuits, suspension, or any other disciplinary or legal actions).
By purchasing our services or products, you hereby agree to limit all claims to YourTestPrepGuru Inc. to a maximum amount of the actual funds paid by you directly to YourTestPrepGuru Inc.
Length of subscription
All the courses provide 06 months of active registration since the date of registration on website. After period of 06 months, your registration will become ineffective. One shall not be able to login to one’s account after lapse of 06 months of subscription. One shall not be allowed to take part in doubt solving through WhatsApp, Doubt clearing sessions, Live online classes, and live webinars after passing of 06 months from date of registration.
Plagiarism
Our company does not condone or knowingly take part in plagiarism or any other acts of fraud. Neither the company nor its employees / contractors be liable for any illegal, unethical, or otherwise wrongful use of the essays received from our website. This includes rejection, rescindment, deferral, academic probation, loss of scholarships / titles / awards / prizes / grants / positions, lawsuits, suspension, or any other disciplinary or legal actions.
